End-of-Year Updates

As the year winds down, I’m thrilled to share a few updates with you! Our last shows of the year are officially behind us, and what an amazing time it was! Meeting so many of you—both longtime customers and new faces—was an absolute highlight. Thank you for stopping by, for your kind words, and for supporting my handmade creations.

A special thank-you to everyone who asked for items we didn’t have on hand. Your requests inspire me, and I’m already planning research and testing for some exciting new ideas. Stay tuned, because 2025 might just bring exactly what you’ve been looking for!

Goat’s Milk Soap

I’m getting so close to finalizing my goat’s milk soap formulation—it’s been a labor of love, and I can’t wait to share the results with you. The milk is sourced from local goat owners who care deeply for their herds, making it a truly special ingredient. However, this also means the supply will be limited. If you’re one of the few who requested it, feel free to let me know your favorite scent (or no scent) so I can ensure it’s among the first batch sold!

Shipping & Online Store Progress

I’m excited to announce that online shopping will be back very soon! Configuration is ongoing, but I’m confident the online store will be fully functional within the next few days, once the final post-show inventory is complete. Soon, you’ll be able to browse and place orders with ease.

Website Updates

Dear Valued Customers,

I want to let you know that my web store is temporarily offline as I make essential changes to how I operate online. I’ve decided to transition from a hosted store to an informational website while I seek a new solution that aligns better with my values and business needs.

I have the new site up and running soon, although it won’t feature online shopping for now.

Why the Change?

Recently, the platform I was using for my store changed ownership, and the new management has introduced significant alterations that I cannot support:

  • Unrealistic Sales Expectations: The previous “no strings attached” free store model is no longer available. I was required to meet monthly sales targets nearly three times my current yearly sales to continue using their services for free. Upon declining, I was informed I would be moved to a fallback plan that demands even higher sales volumes to avoid fees at the start of 2025.
  • Data Privacy Concerns: The new agreement gives them broad permissions to use both my personal information and that of my customers. Protecting your privacy is my priority, and I’m not comfortable with these terms.

What’s Next?

While I search for a platform that respects both my business needs and your privacy, I will continue to sell products through email and phone orders. This approach will allow for a more personal interaction, reminiscent of my in-person sales experience.

Rest assured, I take the security of your information seriously. Finding the right solution may take time, and I appreciate your patience during this transition..
