Returns & Refunds
Hi there! Thank you for supporting our small, family-owned business. We’re here to ensure you’re happy with your order, but since each item is unique, here’s what you need to know:

Custom Items:

  • Can only be returned if they arrive damaged.
  • You’ll have 10 days from delivery to report any issues.
  • We only ship custom items after you’ve reviewed and approved them.

Bath & Body Products and Earrings:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, these items can’t be returned once opened or used.

All Other Items:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, even if opened, as long as they are in good condition.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs, fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  • Contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll assist you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Returns sent without authorization can’t be accepted.

Helpful Tips:

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.

Friendly Reminder:

  • Unsolicited returns (items we didn’t agree to take back) can’t be refunded.
